Israel's Chief Sephardi Rabbi Yitzhak Yosef ruled on Monday that those in quarantine due to the coronavirus outbreak could listen to even instrumental music during the traditional mourning period leading up to Tisha B'Av, the day when the Temple in Jerusalem was destroyed.
